Check in from 4pm to 8pm. Check out by 11.00am. There is normally a 3-night minimum stay. Otherwise, check-in or out on whatever day of the week you wish. A 25% discount is applied for 1 week or more. If the calendar doesn’t allow 3 nights stay because it’s a slot between other bookings then contact us; we may be able to accommodate you. If you need a 2 night stay, a weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) 2 night stay would be 50% of the weekly price, a weekday (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu) 2 night stay would be 40% of the weekly price.
We want singles and couples to have an attractively priced option for their stay as well, so if you are a couple, or a single traveller please contact us to request a special offer price for your stay; usually a 10% discount on the published prices.
The property is listed on Airbnb and HomeAway (owners direct). They will be many up-to-date reviews on these platforms.

Christmas time is usually a minimum of 1 weeks’ stay.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 1 month prior to arrival. If you give us more than 1 weeks’ notice of cancellation we will refund half the cost, less the deposit . We regret no deposits can be returned for any reason. Please make sure you have adequate insurance should you need to cancel. Your booking is secure once we have received the deposit. We will then send you written confirmation in the form of an invoice/receipt.
